Refund Policy
Refunds are handled carefully because ownership unlocks digital music.
Dream.Do sells digital access. Once a purchase is confirmed and entitlement is granted, refund requests may require review instead of automatic reversal.
If payment was successful but access did not unlock correctly, contact support first. Many issues are entitlement or sync problems, not refund cases.
What qualifies
• Duplicate charges
• Failed unlocks that support cannot resolve
• Fraudulent or unauthorized purchases
• Material product or delivery issues confirmed by Dream.Do support
