Data Deletion
Last updated: June 30, 2026
Overview
You can delete your Dream.Do. account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what is removed, and what we may retain for legal and financial reasons. This applies whether you signed up with email or with a social login such as Apple, Google, or Facebook.
1. Delete your account yourself
- On the web: Sign in at app.dreamdomusic.com, open the account menu (your avatar, top-right), choose Manage account, then Delete account.
- In the app: Open the DREAM.DO. app, go to Settings, and choose the account deletion option.
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and personal data as described in section 3.
2. Request deletion by email
If you’d prefer, email us from the address on your account and we’ll delete your data for you:
Email: privacy@dreamdomusic.com with the subject “Delete my data.”
We’ll confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing.
3. What is deleted
Within 30 days of a deletion request, we remove:
- Your profile and account information (name, email, username, avatar, bio).
- Authentication and social-login data, including any data received from Facebook, Google, or Apple.
- Your likes, follows, comments, and community messages.
- Your library entitlements and saved preferences.
4. What we may retain
Some records are kept only as required by law or to operate the marketplace:
- Purchase and transaction records, retained for legal, tax, and financial-reporting obligations (kept in de-identified form where possible).
- Artist payout and sales records, retained as necessary to process and reconcile payouts.
These records are not used to re-create your profile or to contact you.
5. If you signed in with Facebook
To delete the data we received through Facebook Login, use either method above. You can also remove Dream.Do.’s access to your Facebook account at any time: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then remove Dream.Do. Removing the app on Facebook stops future access; to delete data we’ve already stored, please also delete your account or email us as described above.
